Martina is a native Sicilian with two MA degrees from the University of Catania, one in Roman pottery, and the other on Mediterranean Archeology in Roman Times. She took part in various excavation campaigns in Sicily, her home island, as well as in Cyprus and in various locations on the Italian peninsula. Her love for Sicily and the desire to promote its important archaeological heritage led her to become a tour guide. As a licensed guide for Sicily she has almost 10 years of experience in leading top-quality tours.
