A native of Barcellona in Sicily, Manuela is an Archaeologist who studied at the University of Lecce, in Puglia. She specialized in Ancient Topography of the “Magna Grecia” cities and in the survey of Ancient Greek Monuments. She has a solid experience excavating in various locations of interest along the Italian Peninsula. She spent a few years in London, working in the hospitality business, and in 2017, missing her homeland and its wealth of Greek and Roman ruins, she decided to return to her homeland to work as a licensed tour guide.
