Gianluca holds an MA degree in Cultural Anthropology and Ethnology from the University of Palermo. He has participated in various excavation programs in Sicily, particularly in the area of Segesta. He notably provided his expertise during the excavation of the Paleochristian basilica di San Miceli in Salemi. Gianluca’s passion for history and culture extends beyond his intimate knowledge of Segesta. He has a broad knowledge of the history of Sicily and of its people’s customs and values, which he enthusiastically shares on the cultural walks that he leads
