– People with limited mobility, or affected with grave osteoporosis
– People unable to maintain the correct brace position during the landing phase (flexing the
knees while firmly holding the handles);
– People under the influence of drugs or alcohol
– Minors under 8 years of age and shorter than 130 cm.

For safety reasons, flights can only move forward with perfect weather conditions. Your pilot may cancel the flight even at a few minutes’ notice if unexpected weather changes occur. The flight can then be rescheduled or you will be reimbursed.
