This tour begins at a historic masseria specializing in almond cultivation and organic Tonda Iblea extra virgin olive oil production. The estate features both an antique oil mill and a state-of-the-art modern production facility.

Upon arrival, the owner will lead a guided tour through the olive groves to explain both traditional and modern production methods. This is followed by a 25-minute excursion on high-performance Trek Rail 5 e-bikes. Led by a certified guide, guests travel along scenic country roads to a historic underground white stone quarry, a labyrinthine site featuring impressive 30-meter vaults.

The experience concludes back at the masseria with a professional oil tasting and lunch served in the air-conditioned farmhouse.

Optional Activity:

A yoga session can be arranged at either the masseria or the quarry. Please note that adding this session will require adjustments to the itinerary.
